We had far too much of it made — much more than we expected. It's our millefiori honey from the Caserta countryside in Campania, still absolutely delicious — but best enjoyed by December. Throwing it away would be a huge waste. For anyone who lends a hand: a special price.
We have it made for us by a small farm in the countryside around Caserta — and we ordered far more than we can sell. A lot more. It's real first-quality Campania honey, still perfect, but the best-before date is December: we don't want a mountain of good honey to go to waste. So we're entrusting it to you, at a special price, before it's too late.
The label says “best before”: it's advice, not a hard expiry date. Honey keeps for a very long time — it's still lovely well after.
Millefiori made for us by a small farm in the countryside around Caserta. Real honey, not an anonymous supermarket blend.
Every jar you take home is a jar that isn't wasted. As simple as that — and it truly helps us.

It goes with everything, but on a good pecorino it makes peace with the world. A few ideas to finish it with taste:
— Nonna Silvi · That's it —
The scent of a meadow in a teaspoon. Dense, golden, with the full taste of a thousand different flowers. What's inside? Just honey. That's it.
The label carries a minimum-durability date: “best before December”. It's not a hard expiry — honey lasts a long time and stays good afterwards too. But we want to sell it by then, not after: it's the right thing to do. That's why the offer is on now, and we really do have a lot to get onto tables before December. Give us a hand.
It's Campania honey, made for us by a small farm in the countryside around Caserta. A first-quality millefiori: real honey, not an industrial blend.
Within Italy it's free on every order. To the rest of Europe (and Switzerland) it's 10 €. At the moment we only ship to EU countries and Switzerland.
It's not about quality: it's the same honey as always. It's simply the end of the season and we had too much made — we want to avoid waste. Same honey, just saved in time.
As many as you like, while stocks last. Supplies are limited because this is end-of-season stock: once it's gone, it's gone.
A small, sweet gesture: you take home real Campania honey and make sure it doesn't go to waste. Thank you from the heart. — Nonna Silvi
